2024-25 school year, for all new students, tuition & fees will be:

* Tuition and fees are subject to an annual adjustment between 3-8% raise.
GTAIS has a rolling admissions policy, meaning that children may be admitted at any point in the school year. Note that tuition may only be paid on a yearly or semesterly basis. For any portion of a semester attended, families must pay the semester tuition fee in full. We do not prorate tuition to a period shorter than one semester. Therefore, families are encouraged to join the school at the start of the first or second semester. The school calendar can be found on the Community tab of this website.
Billing & Due Date
Students, whose completed application is received and accepted, will be invoiced via email or SMS. Payment shall be received by the due dates in order to secure the seat. Seats are secured on first come first served basis as and when the tuition payments are received.
Sibling Discount on Tuition Fee
This policy will take effect for the 2024-2025 School Year:
To support families with multiple children in GTAIS, we will offer a sibling discount for families with two or more children attending GTAIS in the same calendar year.
Enrolled students will be ranked from the lowest to the highest grades and if there are multiple children in the same grade, each student will be ranked accordingly:
- The second child will be given a 5% discount.
- The third child will be given 10% discount.
- The fourth and higher-grade student will be given a 15% discount each.
*The sibling tuition discount is only available for annual-payment students.
The Application Fee may be paid in Chinese Yuan by bank wire transfer or cash.
For bank transfer payments please ensure that student’s name is referenced on your remittance to enable us to credit the student’s account accordingly.

Any bank charges for wire transfers or transaction, etc. is the responsibility of the parents.
Failure to settle fees due within an allotted time may result in the student not being permitted to attend classes and/or withholding the student’s report cards and academic records. If a student withdraws with a balance due to the school, the student’s records are not forwarded until all arrears, including any outstanding late fees, are paid.
Fees Refund Policy
Refunds are available, upon written request, as follows:
- Application fee: Non-refundable
- Tuition fees:
- For new or returning students for whom the tuition fees for the year have been paid
- the Tuition Fee will be refunded 100% if a written notice of withdrawal is received by the Admissions Office on or before August 1st preceding the current school year.
- the first semester Tuition Fee will not be refunded for withdrawal notification received after August 1st.
- 50% of the Tuition Fee will be refunded if a written notice of withdrawal is received by the Admissions Office on or before Feb 6th , and the student is no longer enrolled in the second semester.
- no current school year Tuition Fees will be refunded for withdrawal notification received after Feb 6th.
